Booking Conditions

Every booking made with Cullacott Holidays is subject to the following terms and conditions -

• All booking requests are subject to written confirmation. An advance deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is due on confirmation of the booking. This should be paid within 10 days of the confirmation.
• The balance of the total rental cost must be paid in full at least one calendar month before the holiday is due to commence. Failure to send the required amount by the date due may be (at our discretion) regarded as cancellation of the holiday by you and the advance deposit will not be refunded.
• The accommodation is available after 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. The premises must be vacated by 10a.m. on day of departure. For weekly breaks changeover day is on Saturday.
• We, the owners, expect the accommodation to be kept and left in a clean and tidy condition. Breakages and damage may be charged for.
• Dogs are accepted at the owners discretion – they need to be declared at time of booking. They are not allowed on the furniture or upstairs and must not be left unattended at the property at any time.
• If for any reason beyond the owners control, the property is not ready on the date booked, all rent and charges paid in advance by the client will be refunded in full but the client shall have no further claim against the owners.
• The owners cannot accept liability for injury or loss of life to any person or for loss or damage to any property brought onto the premises, or for any loss or damage caused by any vehicle on the premises.
